Comfortable but bit far walking from places to eat and attractions

What guests loved:

Good size room Breakfast was great along with staff 👌 Bed was very comfortable

Areas for improvement:

Disappointed that a 4 star hotel doesn’t provide a bottle of water. Every other hotel we have stayed in Italy provided this. Construction is going on across from hotel which can be noisy early morning...

Handy affordable hotel with that touch of comfort

What guests loved:

Good size room .... beds are super comfy .... enjoyed the rooftop terrace bistro for breakfast ... most of the staff were friendly - particularly housekeeping and hospitality staff .... within wa...

Areas for improvement:

Rooms are a little stuffy - it wasn't hot enough to warrant a/c - asked twice if a fan was possible but never eventuated .... which is a small complaint.

Great hotel in Palermo

What guests loved:

Great hotel close to everything. Clean room and comfy beds. Great little roof-top bar/bistro which is also where breakfast is served. The breakfast has a great selection of food catering to most. ...

Areas for improvement:

Room was a little stuffy ... it wasn't hot enough to warrant air-con .... a fan would be good addition to the room..... in fairness I haven't asked for one so they could be available
